St. Ambrose, April 11, 2008
On March 11, 2008, around 3 p.m. Father Ghislain Lafont, our Procurator General, had a minor car accident. He was hit by a car and fell down. He was taken immediately to the emergency room at the nearby Fatebenefratelli Hospital. Medical examination and attention showed that he had a fracture of the left shoulder. A cast was put on his shoulder and his arm was put in a sling. Father Ghislain came back to the Curia later that evening.
Now, Father Ghislain is moving around the house and making good use of his right arm. He still experiences some pain mostly in his left thigh.
