The Curia

The General Curia of the Congregation resides at Sant'Ambrogio, one of the most ancient monasteries in Rome, founded by St. Marcellina, Saint Ambrose's sister, in their family house.  The Curia consists of the Abbot President, today D. Bruno Marin from Praglia Abbey, and his Assistants. They deal with every issue that comes in from the provinces or the monasteries that requires some help or intervention.

They try to make communication and mutual aid easier between all the houses of the Congregation.  They also ensure that there is full communication within the Congregation, provinces, and monasteries, and with the Holy See.  For the time being, the Assistants are D. Manel Nin, from Montserrat Abbey, who also is the Rector of the Greek College in Rome, D. Ghislain Lafont, from La Pierre qui Vire Abbey, who is also general procurator to the Holy See, D. Leander Hogg from Christ in the Desert Abbey and D. Valentí Tenas from Montserrat Abbey who, respectively, are secretary and cellarer.
